Virgil J. Gebke, age 91, of Germantown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the Breese Nursing Home. Born on August 24, 1932, in Bartelso, Virgil was the son of the late Isidore Sr. and Mary (née Boeckmann) Gebke.
Virgil is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Marie (née Albers) Gebke, whom he married on May 21, 1957, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Germantown. Virgil was the cherished father of Daniel (Lynn) Gebke, Marvin (Dana) Gebke, Glennon (Wanita) Gebke, Ronald (Patricia) Gebke, Colette (Thomas) Hitpas, Gary (Ladawn) Gebke all of Germantown and Jason (Nicole) Gebke of St. Jacob. He was a proud and loving grandfather to 28 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren whom
