Leonard J. "Len" Steinmann, age 88, of St. Rose, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Born on September 3, 1935, in St. Rose, Len was the son of the late Anton and Helena (née Koerkenmeier) Steinmann.
Len is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Joyce (née Wellen) Steinmann, whom he married on June 27, 1968, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Aviston. Len was the cherished father of Tom (Lori) Rakers of Chester, Chris (Tim) Hanke of Carlyle, Mark (Renee) Steinmann of St. Rose, and Becky (Mike) Henrichs of St. Rose.
